Onsite Transportation Coordinator: We have openings for part-time onsite transportation coordinators in our Colorado Springs office. Candidates must have strong logistical skills in managing the movement of multiple vehicles at various locations. Candidates need to be able to work well under pressure and have good conflict management skills. Shifts are variable at this time so candidates may need to have availability on weekends, evenings, mornings and holidays. Candidates will have face-to-face communications with clients while onsite and may need to take direction from multiple sources. Familiarity with the transportation business and hotel conference management is a plus. Candidate must have their own cell phone capable of communicating with the drivers as needed. Operations Supervisor: This is a full-time position that requires the ability to oversee drivers and vehicles from multiple facilities. Candidate is responsible for planning and organizing the scheduling and routing of vehicles, maintain computerized records and files related to the transportation program as dictated by the Company and the Department of Transportation and manage and evaluate assigned employees. Strong computer experience is a must and a Colorado Driver’s License, Class B with a P2 endorsement is a plus. Experience in the passenger transportation industry is preferred. Must be able to pass a fingerprint/background check and drug screen. Apply in person.
